September Box Reveal

This month we are proud to introduce to our subscribers to 2 roasters (actually 3! read on to find out!): 19grams from Berlin, Germany and KŌYŌ from Aljezur, Portugal. 

We wanted to spoil our subscribers with some geshas this month and so we did :)  This gesha is a washed colombian with lots of delicate notes of jasmine, bergamot and white peach. Our favourite from the bunch, and very possibly, the year! 

The second coffee is an Ethiopian from the Worka station in the region of Yirgacheffe. A clean cup with natural coffee notes; dried strawberry, red currant and milk chocolate. In a cold brew, it's super fruity and candy like. Hot, it's a highly expressive cup with lots of red currant notes and lemon acidity.

Both coffees are highly versatile and shine differently when brewed with a variety of brewing methods. Perfect for our curious buddies!

We were aware that both coffees has a quantity of 200g and it was the perfect opportunity for us to try something we have been thinking of doing. We decided to let you try blind tasting!

You can brew the coffee first, taste it without any bias and when you are ready you can scan the QR code on the label and you will be taken directly to the description of the coffee.

In the 'suprise bottle', we have Kiangai AA, a Kenyan lot from the Kirinyaga region roasted by MOK Coffee from Belgium. It's a juicy cup with notes of blood orange, blackcurrant and cocoa. We particulalrly like this coffee in an Aeropress for a proper smoothie-like mouthfeel!

Ps. If you are thinking of taking 3 bags of coffee per month for subscription, that's possible too! We will select 3 different coffees from 2 or 3 roasters depending on the number of roasters we have at the moment.
